Life beyond survival begins in a body that can sustain it.

For the woman who is tired in a way that rest doesn't fix. This is whole-person healing. Not another plan to follow. A way back to yourself.

What We help with

Some of the patterns women bring to this work.

These look like separate problems. They aren't. The body is a system and when any part of it is under strain, the others feel it. Underneath every pattern below is the same set of questions the body is asking: are toxins being cleared? Are nutrients being absorbed? Is energy being produced? Is it safe to heal? When the answers have been no for too long, the body lets you know through the patterns below.

Hormonal imbalance

disruption in the cycles that govern energy, mood, sleep, and desire.

Digestive distress

the gut struggling to absorb what it needs and clear what it doesn't.

Anxiety & depression

a body under chronic strain that has begun affecting mood, motivation, and mental clarity.

Body image & food

a decades-long war between a woman and the body she lives in.

Mental fog & low energy

clarity and energy that drain when the body is inflamed, depleted, or running on stress chemistry.

Stubborn weight

a metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory pattern. Not a willpower issue. Often the same pattern driving unexplained pain.

We find where they connect — and work from there.

The Method

The Threshold

The Threshold is the line the body is always standing at, reading the environment, deciding which direction to move.

Six interconnected layers, restored from the inside out. The order kept honest. Regulation isn't something the body can be forced into. It's a capacity that emerges when the whole system is properly supported.

Three Doors Into the Work

Each woman begins where she is.

  1. INow enrolling

    Wholistic Healing Programs

    30 days to 8 months.

A body-first, nervous-system-led program. We follow the thread: digestion to absorption to neurotransmitters to hormones to nervous system. Each layer prepares the body for the next. Length depends on what your body is asking for.

  2. IIBy invitation

    Membership

    After the original program.

A continuing home for women who have completed an original program. Sustained care, and a relationship with the work that deepens over time.

How The Threshold Unfolds

The Return to You.

Two phases. Your story first, heard fully, no rush. Then the work, in the right order, addressing your body's most pressing needs.

She lives this too.

You already know something is wrong. Not broken-wrong. Not give-up-wrong. Just not yourself. Not anymore.

You've tried things. You've followed plans. You've been disciplined in ways most people couldn't manage, and still ended up back in the same place. Exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. Wondering what you're missing.

You're not missing willpower. You're not missing information. What you haven't had yet is someone willing to look at the whole picture, your biochemistry, your nervous system, your body's patterns, your life, and tell you the truth about what's actually happening.

That's what I do.

“The missing piece has almost never been information. It has been someone willing to look underneath and ask: where in the body and mind is something getting in the way?

I've walked through my own version of falling apart and finding my way back. That experience lives in this work. Not as a story I tell, but as a way of listening I couldn't have learned any other way.

I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Registered Dietitian, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Over twenty-five years of sitting with women in this exact place has taught me that credentials are just the beginning of why our process works. The reason our process works is that I don't treat symptoms in isolation. I follow the thread. Digestion to absorption. Absorption to neurotransmitters. Hormones to nervous system. Nervous system to safety. Everything connects, and I help you see the whole river.

My greatest accomplishment is when you no longer need me. That's what we're working toward.
