The loss of someone or something important in your life has left you feeling untethered, a bit lost and wondering, “what does life look like moving forward?”.
The empty space left behind feels so painful it’s hard to imagine ever feeling comfortable again. We work to integrate this loss into your life and into your identity so you may grow around the hole left behind. Our focus is less about moving on and more about moving through.
MY APPROACH
Hello, I’m Kira.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, registered dietitian nutritionist, certified yoga therapist, ayurvedic health counselor and survivor of a suicide victim. My personal experience of loss and the process of grieving provides a unique perspective on the healing journey.
I provide a safe space for you to sit with the emptiness left behind and guide you on the journey toward growing around the hole left behind.
How It Works…
Step 1:
Book an intro call so we may get to know each other.
Step 2:
Schedule an initial appointment where we can plan a course forward leading you to wholeness.
Step 3:
We’ll meet either weekly or biweekly for 50-60 minute sessions to address your most pressing needs.
